NEWS ON OUR CATHHOLICISM SERIES

Our long awaited CATHOLICISM SERIES is now underway and will continue on Tuesdays, at 10h00 and Thursdays, at 19h00. A REPEAT of this series will start on Thursday, 24 May 2012 at 19h00. We have a full-house for the first series and for the repeat, please contact the parish office on 031-7651741.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no screening on Holy Thursday, 5 April 2012.

Confirmation - 2011

On Sunday, 9 October 2011, Bishop Barry celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation at our parish. It was a first for us in that our Zulu and English candidates were confirmed at one Mass. It was a deeply moving and spiritual celebration.

MARTIN HUGHES ORDAINED DEACON MARTIN HUGHES

Cardinal Napier ordained Martin Hughes to the Diaconate on 9 July 2011. It was a wonderful, spiritual and emotional Mass celebrated together with clergy, family and friends.

Embo Feeding Scheme

These pictures were taken in June 2010 at Embo outstation where we run a feeding scheme for the local children during the holidays.

Building is Complete!

At last, our building extensions to the church are complete! We are now blessed with a bigger church that can seat more people, more space for our bands and choir, a much larger sacristy and a new sanctuary. A big thank you to all who helped with this project!
